How it works
Step 1
Connect
Sensors, meters and machines connect over MQTT or HTTPS, directly or through the MOD-IoT Gateway for Modbus RTU/TCP equipment. Each device can have its own X.509 certificate.

Map
Map the fields in your existing JSON payload to metric names in the dashboard. No firmware change and no fixed data schema, so any sensor type works.
Step 3
Monitor and act
Build live dashboards, set per-metric alert thresholds with email notifications, compare periods, ask questions in plain language, and export reports.
Threshold alerts
Set minimum and maximum limits per room and metric. Out-of-range readings raise an alert with severity, notify by email, and can be assigned and resolved so you can see who responded.
History for audits
Every reading is stored with its timestamp. Chart any period and export analytics and reports as CSV or PDF.

Cold Storage Monitoring FAQs
Which temperature sensors can I use?
Any sensor or logger that can send JSON over MQTT or HTTPS, or a Modbus sensor connected through the MOD-IoT Gateway. You map its fields to metric names in the dashboard, so no firmware change is needed.
How am I alerted when a cold room goes out of range?
You set minimum and maximum thresholds per metric. When a reading crosses one, the platform raises an alert in the dashboard and sends an email notification.
Can I get temperature records for an audit?
Yes. Readings are stored with timestamps, and analytics and reports can be exported as CSV or PDF.
